1970 Scholastic Book Services children's paperback, first printing
This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is light rubbing/scuffing to surface of cover, minor edgewear and some associated corner wear, wear along/about spine, visible blemishing and progressive fading/smudging to cover whites. Interior pages show clean, creamy-white, with good preservation of B&W line illustrations and bold black typeset; light wear/heavy fading. Spine remains straight/smooth, with visible shelfwear, while binding is still secure/square-in-hand, but dry. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The book measures approx 7.5" x 5.25" with 63 pages.
