1917 Cupples & Leon Company children's paperbacks in box, four volume set, Make Believe Series, first printing
These are vintage used items, in good used condition, with signs of age/wear; there is rubbing/scuffing to box, edgewear and associated corner wear, separations at joints, missing panel, visible fading/smudging, points of blemish/distress, original sticker affixed at rear from legendary Detroit store Hudson's. Interior paperback books show clean/smooth, antique-white, with good preservation of monotone and full-color images/illustrations and bold typeset, wear to staple bindings with separations and visible repair with tape, mild smudging/fading, edgewear and associated corner wear, minuscule points of blemish/distress; light wear/little tanning. The box set includes: The Yaller Dog, Miss Patty Peep, Whiffet Squirrel and The Mouse's Tail. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
