1933 Grosset & Dunlap children's hardcover, first edition
This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is light rubbing/scuffing to surface of coverboards, minor edgewear and associated corner wear, some wear along/about spine, points of distress/blemish, demarcations to front interior coverboard and endpaper. Interior pages show clean, creamy-white, with excellent preservation of B&W photographs/images and bold black typeset; little wear/light tanning. Spine remains straight/smooth, with moderate shelfwear (top/base), while binding is still secure/square-to-hand, but dry. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The book measures approx 9" x 7" 160 pages.
