1947 Tower Books hardcover with dust jacket, first edition
This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; DJ bears rubbing/scuffing, progressive edgewear and associated corner damage, wear along/about spine, light fading/smudging to cover whites, minor points of blemish/distress. Leather-brown coverboards show light rubbing, minor points of distress, wear along/about spine, damage to front interior coverboard base right. Interior pages show clean/smooth, creamy-white, with sharp black typeset; light wear/visible tanning; distress at front endpaper base left. Spine remains straight/smooth, with some shelfwear (top/base), while binding is intact/secure and square-to-hand, but dry. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
