This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; there is mild rubbing to surface of sign, minor edgewear and associated corner wear, visible tarnish/blemish to four mounting holes, light wear along/about rear of sign, minor points of blemish/distress. Overall quality is good; clean, smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of color/sheen and graphics still sharp/clear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, dents, divots, scrapes, scratches, scuffs, cracks, breaks, stains, residue or repairs. The sign measures approx 12" x 12.25".
