1952 Peter Pauper Press hardcover with dust jacket (gift book format), first printing
This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; DJ bears mild rubbing, minimal edgewear and little associated corner wear, hint of fading to DJ whites, minuscule points of blemish/distress. Graphic coverboards show minimal edgewear and associated corner wear. Interior pages show clean/smooth, fresh-white, with excellent preservation of bluetone images/illustrations and sharp black typeset; little wear. Spine remains straight/smooth, with mild shelfwear (top/base), while binding is intact/secure and square-in-hand. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The book measures approx 4.5" x 7.5".
