1958 Random House children's hardcover, first printing
This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is rubbing/scuffing to surface of cover, edgewear and associated corner wear/damage, minor fading/smudging. Interior pages show clean, fresh-white with vivid full-color and B&W line illustrations and sharp black typeset; little wear/tanning. Spine remains straight/smooth, with excessive chipping at top/base, while binding is still secure/square-to-hand. There are no excessive nicks, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The book measures approx 8" x 11".
