1968 Peter Pauper Press hardcover with dust jacket (gift book format), first edition
This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; DJ is missing, graphic coverboards show light fading/smudging to whites, minor points of blemish/distress, minor edgewear and little associated corner wear. Interior pages show clean/smooth, creamy-white, with sharp black typeset and good preservation of two-tone color illustrations/images; little wear/tanning. Spine remains straight/smooth, with nominal shelfwear (top/base), while binding is intact/secure and square-to-hand. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
