This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; there is minor rubbing/scuffing to surface of booklet, hint of edgewear and little associated corner wear, light creasing along/about staple binding. Overall paper quality is good; smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of full-color photographs/images and bold black-and-red print. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
