This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; DJ bears rubbing/scuffing, light edgewear and associated corner damage, light fading, minor points of blemish/distress. Beige-on-leather brown coverboards show light rubbing, minor edgewear and little overall wear. Interior pages show clean/smooth, creamy-white, with sharp black typeset; little wear/tanning. Spine remains straight/smooth, with mild shelfwear (top/base), while binding is intact/secure and square-in-hand. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
