This is a N(ew) O(ld) S(tock) item, in good NOS condition, with light signs of age/wear; the fork/knife/coupon are still in their original packaging, which has not been opened and shows light rubbing, minor fading, small perforation above knife at top edge. Overall quality is good; smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of color/sheen and stamped typography still sharp/clear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, dents, divots, scrapes, scratches, scuffs, cracks, breaks, stains, residue or repairs.
