Here is a lovely painted porcelain plate featuring a small group of sailboats heading toward the horizon from an idyllic green and storied pastoral scene, replete with moss covered rock arch and wooden boats. The plate is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with little sign of wear; there is minor scuffing about edges of plate and some wear to goldtone rim, but porcelain retains its sheen and ethereal colors remain soft and vivid. The plate is stamped "Limoges France" and measures approx 10" round to scalloped edge.
