This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; pen and base are still in their original packaging, which has been opened and shows light wear; there is minor rubbing to surface of brass base, minor wear to plastic sleeve and feather quill of pen. Overall quality is good; smooth/glossy, with excellent retention of sheen and color; brass finial embellishments remain sharp/clear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, dents, divots, scrapes, scratches, scuffs, cracks, breaks, stains, residue or repairs. The quill pen measures approx 18" long, while base is approx 2.25" round.
